The Depths of Socialism

Lately, when talking to people about Obama's campaign I've often used the phrase "The Great Abyss of Socialism". I promise, as far as I know that phrase is my own. I don't recall having read or heard of it elsewhere. Reading some news online I just saw a quote from Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C.. DeMint says the proposed economic bailout plan will "leading us into the pit of socialism." Great minds......or foolish people?
