Just stumbled on this Pastoral Letter on Chastity by Bishop Joseph Martino of Scranton. It was Bishop Martino who confirmed me a few years ago. I thought then, when he gave his homily to the group of mostly 6th graders, that he had a warm and direct manner of preaching the truth. This letter renews that belief. Would that more of our sheperds would speak plainly and simply to their flocks. May God bless Bishop Martino, all the Bishops and His Holy Church.
